Dr. Herbert Wigwe, the driving force behind Access Bank’s success and leader of Access Holdings, was laid to rest in his hometown of Isiokpo, Rivers State. Dr. Wigwe, who tragically passed away in a helicopter crash in California last month with his wife, Mrs. Chizoba Wigwe, and son, Mr. Chizi Wigwe, will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to African development and his role in transforming Access Bank into a prominent international financial institution.
